Sick!

Well so much for the weekend. Yesterday started out fine, with getting ready to go to the anual family reunion. It's a three hour car trip one way from where I live. Felt fine when we left the apartment, but then a little over half way over there, I started to feel bad. Then last night after we had arrived I began to steadily feel worse.

Spent most of the night not being able to sleep from the near constant diarrhea, then began retching and feeling nauseous on top of that. So today I didn't even go to the reunion, I stayed in our hotel room sleeping most of the day. And we still have the three hour car ride back home tomorrow.

Oh dear, that's pretty bad news. It almost sounds like food poisoning. Did you eat anything new or unusual?
Above all else, -stay hydrated- by drinking plenty of water.

just some Cheese enchiladas, though my mom had the same thing but didn't get sick. And I'm feeling better now think it's passed.
