Tai: *Leans in and whispers* Thanks for helping me. It's his first time spending valentines day with someone and I really want to impress him. I'll be more than happy to help with cooking, serving, and cleaning when this is all over.

Alvin: <tries to keep himself composed and thinks to himself> (Note to self...make this panda MY DINNER!!)

Chef Minamoto: It's no trouble, kitten! Now come with me to your table...I've got a special meal I've prepared just for you two!

Tai: thank you.so shall we.... * Notices Alvin seems distracted* are you ok honey?

Alvin: <thinks to himself> (Keep it together, Al, make plans for that delicious panda later!) <quickly composes himself and nods, speaking aloud> Oh I'm fine, hon! I'm just excited about lunch!

Tai: *beams* you are so cute. Come on. We got a special table. * takes Alvin's hand in his own and leads him over to a table with fresh cut flowers and candles. Tai seats himself and looks to the panda* would you tell my sweet heart what we have on the menu today?

Alvin: <sits down and thinks to himself> (I wish it was this hunk of a panda on my plate!)

Chef Minamoto: <grins a toothy grin> For you in honor of Valentine's Day, I'll serve you my V-Day variant of my special...MEGA PROTEIN BOWL!!

Alvin: Mega...Protein...Bowl?

Tai: ehehe. * Leans over and whispers* What happened to the cheese and chocolate fondue?

Chef Minamoto: <snickers and pats Tai's shoulder> Too cheap, kid! You gotta treat your date out to a MUCH more filling meal than melted liquid. <lets out a big laugh> Besides, you've had my bowl before, you know how good it taste that will impress that wolf!

Tai: hmm I guess you have a point. Alright. * addresses Alvin* you'll love this. It's got a ton of meat, veggies, and noodles. Plenty to share.

Alvin: <thinks to himself> (Please, that sounds like a weak breakfast to me.) <aloud> I can't wait to see it.

Chef Minamoto: No need for that! <leaves and comes back holding a bowl the size of a bowling ball that was piled with assorted meat and sets it in the middle of the table> I'd normally serve this on rainy days, but for you two, it's an exception! Here's my famous MEGA PROTEIN BOWL!!

Tai: * thinking* he eats large things all the time. I know I'm making this bad for him* Thanks mr. Minamoto. So, let's dig in sweet heart.

Chef Minamoto: Enjoy, kids! <takes his leave>

Alvin: <thinks to himself> (This is to me like potato chips are to them...a short snack.) <grabs chopsticks and speaks aloud> I hope we can make a dent on this thing.

Tai: hehe I've seen how big your belly can get. I bet you could handle 3 or 4 of these all on your own. Still, I really want to share a meal with you.

Alvin: (I'd be more full if I had that hunky panda in my stomach.) <aloud> So grab them chopsticks and let's eat! You eat one side and I'll eat the other.

Tai: Hehe you're too good to me. I guess if you aren't happy with this we can always order some more. * grabs chopsticks* Mmm. He loaded this side with chicken and shrimp. My favorite! * starts eating*

Alvin: (This is kids stuff...but damn I can't stop thinking about that hunk of a panda for our REAL dinner date.) <eats some of the toppings and speaks aloud> If we don't finish this we can always take it back with us.

Tai: *thinking* such a sweet guy. We both know this won't fill him up but he's trying to spare my feelings. * aloud * yeah. Maybe we can share some together alone. * smiles* I remember last time. We were cuddled up together on a bread mattress. You were so soft and warm and would lick my cheek in your sleep.

Alvin: <thinks with a snicker> (More than you can imagine.) <aloud> Yeah...why don't we go to your place sometime?

Tai: I'd love that but the guys I stay with... I don't think they would be ok with it. Maybe I can sneak over to your place? Or better yet... * blushes* maybe... if you're comfortable with it.... we could have a place of our own. That way we wouldn't have to think about being together every day. We could spend time together cooking together, spending time together, and we could definitely sleep together.

Alvin: <smirks and sets his utensils down> Perhaps that can be arranged...

Tai: * heart leaps in his chest* really!? That would be awesome. * keeps eating* I don't know how mr. Minamoto sells these bowls. I wish I had a stomach like yours. I bet you could slurp down 3 or 4 of these.

Alvin: <thinks to himself> (Kid's breakfast really.) <aloud> I think I saw a sign outside that these bowls are only sold on rainy days.

Tai: on rainy days!? *ears go down* oh no. I wanted us to go to the park later. There's always guys pumping at the outdoor gym. * flicks tail and smiles* I figured we could both watch them.

Alvin: <thinks with a grin> (Real food shopping it is!) <aloud> Sure! Let's go there after you're done eating!

Tai: * Thinking* But we were going to go to the aquarium next. But he seems so excited I guess we can do that later. *Aloud* Sure but do you think you can help me out a little more? There's a lot here.

~Across the room, curtained by the large amounts of people and noise~

Dante: *Black cat dressed in a long sleeve shirt, jeans, and gray and black shoes holds his stomach* Your father is a fantastic cook but I'm worried about the portion sizes he gives.

Alvin: Alright. <grabs his utensils> I'll help you clear your side out and eat whatever you don't finish.

Hazel: <female panda wearing a white blouse with pink stripes, jean skirt, sneakers, and a pink diamond necklace around her neck> I know he tends to go overboard. He takes a little too much pride in his cooking. I definitely wouldn't make his level of portions even for a party.
